Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Udiri, each piece is thoughtfully prepared in small batches or made to order.

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@udiri.com.

Processed Orders
Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Shipped Orders
Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
